National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (“NOIP”) has made all
patent applications filed with the NOIP before 2010 available in
electronic formats.
Interested
parties may access the sites at http://digipat.noip.gov.vn or
http://www.noip.gov.vn/
The
Indian Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks extended the time
for submissions of comments on Guidelines for Examining of Patent Applications
in the Field of Pharmaceuticals to April 4th of 2014. All interested
parties should submit comments to ida.chakaraborti@nic.in
