Indian Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks extended the time
for submissions of comments on Guidelines for Examining of Patent Applications
in the Field of Pharmaceuticals to April 4th of 2014. All interested
parties should submit comments to ida.chakaraborti@nic.in
