The State Intellectual
Property Office of China (SIPO) issued a revised draft of the
Regulations on Service Inventions, and it is accepting comments from the public. SIPO has been drafting this set of regulations for some time now; the process has been slow because the required remuneration for inventions made by company employees is an issue of importance to both domestic and foreign companies.
